These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of qridge.golf (the "Site"), operated by Aviary Golf on behalf of Quail Ridge Golf Club ("Quail Ridge," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

About This Site

The Site currently serves as a coming-soon and information page for Quail Ridge Golf Club, including a merchandise shop that has not yet launched. Tee times and course reservations are not booked through this Site — they are handled separately at quailridgegolf.com, a third-party service we do not operate or control.

By submitting your email address, you agree to receive email updates from us. If you additionally opt in to text messages, separate terms apply — see the SMS section of our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from either at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Quail Ridge Golf Club name, logo, and Site content are the property of Aviary Golf and may not be used without permission.

The Site links to third-party services, including quailridgegolf.com and our Instagram account. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quail Ridge Golf Club and Aviary Golf are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
