This Privacy Policy explains how Quail Ridge Golf Club ("Quail Ridge," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Aviary Golf, collects, uses, and protects information you provide through qridge.golf (the "Site").
Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide to us, including:
- Newsletter signup: your email address, and optionally your phone number if you opt in to text updates.
- Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you send us.
We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or other tracking technology on this Site.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to messages you send us through the contact form.
- To send you email updates about Quail Ridge Golf Club, including our relaunch and shop opening.
- To send you text message updates, but only if you have opted in by checking the SMS box and providing your phone number.
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text updates, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Quail Ridge Golf Club at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to provide the texting service itself (see Service Providers below).
Service Providers
We use the following third-party service providers to operate the Site and deliver the communications described above. Each processes information only as necessary to provide their service to us:
- Supabase — stores newsletter signup information.
- Resend — delivers email, including contact form notifications.
- Twilio — delivers text messages to subscribers who opt in (once texting is active).
Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from text updates at any time by replying STOP. To stop receiving email updates, or to request that we delete information we hold about you, email us at info@qridge.golf.
Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated effective date.
